Notice of Personnel Board Meeting

The Personnel Board for the State of Alaska will hold a meeting September 11, 2008, starting at 12 p.m., in Room 880, Frontier Building, 3601 C Street, Anchorage, Alaska, on the following matters:

To contract for legal services for the board in a matter and for consideration of ethics matters.

Deliberations on these matters will occur in executive session, as authorized by AS 44.62.310(c)(3), because these matters are required to be confidential under AS 39.52.340.
